Nabil Belahouane

Nabil Belahouane is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of FutureClinic, an artificial intelligence-powered healthcare startup based in San Francisco, California. Founded in 2024 and backed by Y Combinator in the F24 batch, the four-person company develops chat-based digital medical clinics operating on a 99% AI and 1% doctor model. Under his technical leadership, FutureClinic launched its inaugural digital doctor clinic in December 2025, facilitating 120 appointments for an initial cohort of 65 patients. Prior to this venture, Belahouane served as a Platform and Data Engineer at GoCardless, scaling infrastructure for the UK-based financial technology firm. He also worked as a founding engineer at Documatic, building incident prevention software utilized by Fortune 500 enterprises. His career centers on leveraging advanced data engineering and artificial intelligence to build scalable infrastructure across the healthcare and financial technology sectors.
