Nadav Zafrir

Nadav Zafrir is the Founding Partner and Vice-Chairman of Team8, a venture capital and company-building firm, and is currently based in New York. Prior to co-founding the organization in 2014 alongside fellow Israeli military veterans, he served as the Commander of Unit 8200, where he established the Cyber Command for the Israel Defense Forces. Since relocating to the United States in 2017 to establish the firm's commercial presence, Zafrir has helped Team8 raise over $1.2 billion in capital while expanding its regional operations to approximately 100 employees. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and utilizes his military technology background to advise Fortune 500 executives on enterprise security strategies. Zafrir currently focuses on driving global growth, architecting strategic partnerships, and building enterprise startups from scratch within the cybersecurity and digital transformation sectors.
