She brings more than twelve years of professional experience to the education technology sector, dedicating the past decade specifically to K-10 education and ed-tech initiatives. Prior to her current four-year tenure at LEAD Schools, Goel held instructional and strategic positions at Uplift Education and Teach For India. Across these three distinct educational organizations, she gained extensive practical experience in zero-to-one product development and the execution of large-scale academic programs. Her professional expertise centers heavily on curriculum design, teacher professional development, and the integration of technology to improve learning outcomes across diverse classroom environments. Today, Goel maintains a primary focus on developing scalable academic strategies that leverage modern technology to consistently deliver high-quality educational content and instruction to K-10 students.
