Nancy Torres

Nancy Torres is the Senior Vice President of Value Creation at the Open Opportunity Fund, currently based in the Silicon Valley region. Prior to this role, she served as a Partner at Ulu Ventures, an early-stage venture firm with a portfolio that includes Palantir, SoFi, and Guild Education, and as a Venture Partner at Visible Hands. Her earlier career includes technology investment banking roles at Goldman Sachs, alongside data analytics, business development, and venture design positions at Google, Uber, and IDEO. Torres holds dual MBA and MPP degrees from Harvard Business School and the Harvard Kennedy School, and she has previously worked with Harlem Capital and the Robin Hood Foundation. Her professional background centers on leveraging data-driven decision-making to execute seed-stage venture investments and support diverse founding teams operating across the broader technology sector.
