Naoya Yoshida

Naoya Yoshida is currently a Principal at Bain Capital, where he serves as a core member of the Asia Pacific Private Equity team. Since joining the global investment firm in 2017, he has specialized in executing financial transactions within the industrial goods vertical across the broader regional market. Prior to his current investment role, Yoshida worked as a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group. During his tenure in management consulting, he focused heavily on corporate strategy, organizational transformation, and new business development initiatives for large enterprise clients. He holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in economics and business management from Osaka University. Yoshida currently focuses on leveraging his strategic consulting background to drive long-term value creation in Asian industrial private equity investments.
