Natarajan Subbiah

Natarajan Subbiah is a Co-Founder and General Partner at Operator Stack, an early-stage technology venture capital firm based in San Francisco, California. Prior to launching the firm's inaugural fund in January 2022, he served as Chief Product Officer and Head of Product at Uber Freight, where he helped scale the division's bookings from $400 million to $6 billion. He established Operator Stack alongside Matt Doka of Fivestars and Daniel Kennedy of Yelp to leverage their collective technology and operational experience. The fund manages capital from over 200 limited partners and has backed emerging startups including Unit.co, Spenmo, and Very Good Security. Recent portfolio additions include participation in Evinced's $55 million Series C and Pinpoint Predictive's $23 million Series A rounds. Subbiah currently focuses on early-stage investments across financial technology infrastructure, logistics, and business-to-business software applications.
