Navid Zolfaghari is a General Partner at 8090, formerly Seedcamp, based in London, United Kingdom. Prior to his career in venture capital, he studied computer science at the University of Waterloo and was an early employee at the audio platform SoundCloud. He later co-founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of the blockchain-based local currency platform Colu, which was acquired by Mifiel in 2020. In his current role, Zolfaghari helps manage over $100 million in assets and recently launched a €120 million fund to back European pre-seed and seed-stage companies.
