Navin Chaddha is the Managing Partner at Mayfield Fund, where he oversees the firm's early-stage technology investments and global fundraising efforts. Under his leadership, the firm has raised eight U.S. funds, while his personal portfolio includes over 60 investments resulting in 18 initial public offerings and 29 acquisitions. These investments have generated more than $120 billion in equity value and created over 40,000 jobs, earning him 17 appearances on the Forbes Midas List and recognition as a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader. Before transitioning to venture capital, he co-founded three startups, including VXtreme, which was acquired by Microsoft, and iBeam Broadcasting. He holds a Master of Science in electrical engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Technology from IIT Delhi, and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Stanford Engineering Venture Fund.
