Neal Swaelens

Neal Swaelens currently serves as the Head of Product for LLM Security at Protect AI, transitioning into this operational technology role following a career in early-stage venture capital. Previously, he worked as an Investor at Chamaeleon and AMPLIFIER, where he evaluated transformative startups across diverse sectors including artificial intelligence, financial technology, and global supply chain logistics. During his tenure at Chamaeleon, the early-stage venture firm executed more than 60 investments across 40 countries and managed operational budgets exceeding $100 million. His venture capital experience includes direct involvement with an investment fund that led a $6 million seed round for Talofa in 2024 and a $3 million seed round for OneRoof in 2023. Swaelens currently focuses on advancing enterprise security solutions for large language models, directly leveraging his extensive background in deep technology and software investing.
