Neda Blocho

Neda Blocho is the Chief of Staff at Workr Labs, an artificial intelligence company focused on the manufacturing sector. Previously, she served as Staff Vice President of Digital Solutions at Elevance Health, where she contributed to health innovation initiatives for an organization serving over 100 million individuals. Before joining Elevance Health in January 2022, Blocho spent two years as Principal Investor and Head of Avanta Studios at Avanta Ventures, and she previously worked as a Labs Venture Partner at WeWork. Her earlier career includes roles as a Partner at Pear Ventures and Vice President of Programs at the Stanford-affiliated accelerator StartX. With over a decade of experience in the startup ecosystem, her background centers on corporate innovation, venture capital, and designing accelerator programs for early-stage founders across the fintech, insurtech, and health technology sectors.
