Neel Balar

Neel Balar currently serves as the Chief Business Officer at Clueso. Prior to assuming this executive position, he earned a degree in Engineering Design and Data Science from IIT Madras. While completing his undergraduate studies at the institution, Balar developed and scaled a consumer note-taking application that successfully acquired a user base of over 20,000 individuals. During this same academic period, he directed Asia's most advanced student Hyperloop team, securing $1.1 million in capital from the Indian government to finance the complex hardware project. Under his direct leadership, this specialized engineering group represented India at the global SpaceX Hyperloop Pod Competition, a high-profile technology initiative organized by Elon Musk. Balar’s professional background combines deep technical expertise in data science with strategic go-to-market execution, focusing primarily on scaling consumer applications and leading advanced engineering initiatives.
