Neeraj Gupta

Neeraj Gupta is a General Partner at Cervin Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Palo Alto, California. Before transitioning to venture capital, he founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Cymbal Corporation, a telecommunications IT services company that he scaled to over 600 employees globally. Under his leadership, Cymbal Corporation was acquired by Patni Computer Systems for $68 million in 2004, integrating the business into a larger global technology portfolio. His academic credentials include a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Engineering from Punjab Engineering College. Additionally, he completed the Kauffman Fellows program to refine his institutional investment strategies. Gupta currently focuses on providing strategic guidance, board-level governance, and operational expertise to early-stage enterprise software founders navigating rapid growth phases.
