Neil Gupta

Neil Gupta is a Venture Partner at Indicator Ventures based in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he focuses on early-stage enterprise software and fintech investments. Before joining the firm in 2023, he led product and growth initiatives as an operator at LinkedIn and held investment roles at Battery Ventures. The Stanford University MBA alumnus has built a portfolio of more than 20 companies, guiding several startups toward successful acquisitions by major technology firms. In addition to his investment activities, he co-authored a 2024 industry report analyzing artificial intelligence adoption in enterprise sales and recently backed a stealth AI platform in the first quarter of 2025. Gupta currently leverages his dual background as a technology operator and venture capitalist to advise emerging founders on scaling operations, bridging the gap between institutional investors and early-stage builders.
