Neil McLean

Neil McLean is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Navattic, an indoor positioning technology company based in London, England. Before launching Navattic, he served as the CEO of NextNav, a geospatial technology firm that was subsequently acquired by Motorola Solutions. His career spans over two decades in the technology sector, featuring hardware innovation leadership positions at u-blox and an MSc in Telecommunications from University College London. Under his executive leadership, Navattic secured more than $9 million in seed funding in 2024 and initiated European beta testing for its shoe-based navigation hardware in early 2025. McLean holds multiple patents in navigation technology and recently finalized a commercial integration partnership with a major footwear brand in March 2026. His current professional focus centers on scaling IoT hardware and advancing satellite navigation systems for global commercialization.
