Nelson Teng

Dr. Nelson Teng is an Advisor at GSR Ventures, Managing Partner at Charter Life Sciences, and Chief of Gynecologic Oncology at the Stanford University School of Medicine in California. Prior to his current investment and clinical roles, he founded four distinct biotechnology and medical device companies, specifically Adeza Biomedical, Univax Biologics, Vesta, and SeraCare Life Sciences. He earned a PhD in biophysics from the University of California, Berkeley, an MD from the University of Miami, and subsequently completed a postgraduate program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
