Nemer Rahal

Nemer Rahal is a Managing Partner at Mindset Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in São Paulo, Brazil. Prior to transitioning into venture capital as an angel investor in 2017, he accumulated over 25 years of experience in financial markets, including a two-decade tenure as Managing Partner for Sales and Investor Relations at Patria Investimentos and senior roles at JP Morgan Chase. At Mindset Ventures, he oversees investments in early-stage B2B technology startups across agriculture, financial services, healthcare, and cybersecurity, managing an active portfolio of more than 50 companies. Rahal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering, an MBA from INSEAD, and additional corporate innovation certificates from Stanford University and Berkeley-Haas. His current focus centers on guiding Seed to Series A enterprise software companies through international expansion into broader Latin American markets.
