Nenad Marovac

Nenad Marovac is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Managing Partner of DN Capital, an international venture capital firm based in London. Before establishing the firm in 2000, he served as a Partner at Advent International, where he focused his professional attention on technology, media, and telecommunications investments. Over his 25-year career, Marovac has helped grow DN Capital to manage more than €1 billion in total assets under management, backing prominent technology companies such as Shazam and Auto1. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and previously served as the Chair of the Invest Europe Venture Council from 2015 to 2018. Today, his primary investment focus remains firmly centered on early-stage digital marketplaces, consumer internet platforms, SaaS, and financial technology startups operating across the broader European technology market.
