Niall Wass

Niall Wass is an Independent Non-Executive Director at Moonpig Group plc and serves as Chair for multiple consumer internet businesses, including Veezu, Vay.io, and World of Books Group. Previously, he served on the executive team at Uber, where he directed the ride-hailing company's international expansion operations across 50 countries. His executive career also includes tenures as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Wonga, alongside a long tenure in senior leadership roles at Betfair. As a former Partner and current adviser at the venture capital firm Atomico, Wass has worked closely with portfolio companies like Jobandtalent and Lendinvest, and he previously chaired the board at Glovo before its acquisition by Delivery Hero. Drawing on over 15 years of operational experience, his current focus remains on advising and scaling early-stage tech-enabled consumer platforms and digital marketplaces.
