Nick Damiano

Nick Damiano is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Andromeda Surgical, an early-stage medical technology startup developing autonomous surgical robots. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Zenflow, leading a novel prostatic implant through its pivotal trial, treating over 300 patients, and raising more than $100 million. Before Zenflow, Damiano was the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Avail MedSystems, co-inventing a remote surgical support platform that launched in 1,000 hospitals and secured $120 million in capital before its acquisition. He holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science from Stanford University, where he also completed the Stanford Biodesign Innovation Fellowship. Across his career as a two-time Y Combinator founder, Damiano focuses on advancing medical technology and AI-assisted surgical robotics to improve clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.
