Nick Landolfi

Nick Landolfi is a Vice President at Unusual Ventures based in Menlo Park, California. He holds a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, where he graduated with honors in 2018. During his time as a doctoral candidate at Stanford, Landolfi received the 2021 Stanford Graduate Fellowship and co-authored multiple academic papers, including a 2023 preprint on optimal Dorfman group testing and 2022 research on latent variable models for genomic data. Prior to his venture capital career, he spent over 10 years researching and advising early-stage startups across the healthcare, wellness, and machine learning sectors. His current venture capital investment focus centers on backing early-stage founders building next-generation artificial intelligence, data, and compute infrastructure.
