Nick Seshadri

Nick Seshadri is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Waybury Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm based in New York, United States. Operating alongside co-founder Brandon Avrutin, he directs the firm's primary investment strategy with a specific mandate targeting emerging technology and innovation sectors. Under his executive leadership, the firm successfully launched its inaugural investment vehicle, the Waybury Opportunity BP fund. This fund officially opened to institutional investors and limited partners in September 2025 to capitalize on new market opportunities. In his capacity as a venture capital investor, he evaluates early-stage startup opportunities, conducts financial due diligence, and allocates capital to support technological development and expansion.
