Nico Berardi

Nico Berardi is the Founder and General Partner at Animo Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Miami, Florida. Before launching Animo Ventures with a $60 million inaugural fund in 2018, he served as the Managing Director at MAGNETICO, where he directed early-stage investments across various technology sectors. Previously, Berardi was the Chief Executive Officer of TECHO-U.S., a prominent non-profit organization, where he successfully expanded the entity's fundraising operations and corporate partnerships throughout the United States. He holds a bachelor's degree in business economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Argentina, providing a foundational framework for his subsequent career in finance and organizational leadership. Today, Berardi focuses on leading Animo Ventures' strategy to deploy capital into pre-seed and seed-stage technology startups, leveraging his diverse background in both non-profit expansion and venture investing to support emerging founders.
