Nicolas Benenzon

Nicolas Benenzon is the CEO and co-founder of Humand, an HR technology and internal communication SaaS platform currently based in San Francisco, California. He established the enterprise software company in 2020 alongside CTO Gerónimo Maspero, and the startup subsequently participated in the Y Combinator Winter 2022 batch. Under his executive leadership, the platform has grown to serve over 1.5 million deskless workers across 1,500 companies, securing early development partnerships with ArcelorMittal and expanding to major corporate clients such as Siemens. Benenzon recently guided the 270-person organization through a $66 million Series A funding round in 2024, a transaction that was co-led by institutional backers Goodwater Capital and Kaszek Ventures. His current professional focus primarily centers on scaling mobile-friendly enterprise software and integrating artificial intelligence to automate scheduling and training tasks for blue-collar workforces globally.
