Nicolas Zylberstein

Nicolas Zylberstein is a Venture Partner at White Star Capital and directs global investments and corporate strategy at ByteDance in the San Francisco Bay Area. Previously, he led global corporate development at Pinterest and drove the initial launch of YouTube’s subscription business alongside its broader mergers and acquisitions efforts. Earlier in his career, he managed digital business initiatives for The Walt Disney Company in London and Los Angeles, following foundational roles within JPMorgan’s European M&A team and at McKinsey in New York. He holds an MBA summa cum laude from the Wharton School, a Master of Finance from Sciences Po Paris, and a Master of Law from La Sorbonne University. Additionally, he serves as a French Tech Ambassador in California. His professional background centers on corporate strategy, business operations, and consumer technology investments across international markets.
