Nida Ansari

Nida Ansari is a Principal at HG Ventures and the leader of The Heritage Group Accelerator in Indianapolis, Indiana. She launched Indiana's only hardtech startup accelerator in 2022, leveraging corporate assets to support early-stage companies operating in transportation infrastructure, materials, and environmental services. Prior to her current investment roles, Ansari held corporate innovation and strategy positions at Koch Industries and WestRock. She also worked at B2B manufacturing technology firms, where she managed global project pipelines for major enterprise clients including Procter & Gamble, Scotts, and SC Johnson. Her regional ecosystem building efforts earned her a spot on the Indianapolis Business Journal's Forty Under 40 list in 2023. Ansari's diverse career spans from her early work as a high school teacher to her current focus on accelerating industrial technology and specialty chemical startups.
