Nihal Mehta

Nihal Mehta is a General Partner and Co-founder at Eniac Ventures, a seed-stage venture capital firm based in New York City. In this role, he manages over $800 million in assets and recently helped raise the firm's $200 million sixth fund in 2024. His investment portfolio spans more than 100 early-stage technology companies, featuring notable investments and exits involving Desktop Metal and Plaid. Before transitioning to venture capital, Mehta earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Cornell University and founded two startups, including Tout, which was acquired by Apple in 2015. He currently serves as a corporate board director and frequently publishes industry analysis on early-stage artificial intelligence investment trends. Mehta focuses primarily on providing initial seed capital and direct operational support to founders building scalable platforms in enterprise software, fintech, and robotics.
