Nikhil Basu Trivedi

Nikhil Basu Trivedi is a General Partner at Footwork VC in Boston, Massachusetts, where he leads seed and early-stage investments in technology startups. Before transitioning to venture capital, he co-founded and led PillPack, a healthcare technology company that Amazon acquired for $1 billion in 2018, and held strategy roles at Bain and Company. At Footwork VC, he manages over $100 million in assets and recently launched a second fund targeting $150 million to back founders across enterprise software, fintech, and consumer internet. His portfolio encompasses more than twenty active companies, including Devoted Health, Drata, and an early 2025 Series A investment in the artificial intelligence startup Form Health. Holding an A.B. in Molecular Biology and Finance from Princeton University, Basu Trivedi currently leverages his operator-turned-investor perspective to fund transformative early-stage healthcare and technology enterprises.
