Nikhil Khattau

Nikhil Khattau is the Managing Director at Mayfield Fund in India, where he leads early-stage and growth venture investments. Since founding Mayfield India in 2007, he has managed significant capital pools, including the $111 million Mayfield India-I fund in 2008 and the $108 million Mayfield India-II fund in 2014. He currently serves as an Independent Director at Torrent Pharmaceuticals and previously served as Lead Independent Director at Marico Limited. His investment portfolio and board experience span consumer and technology brands, including Licious, EATCLUB Brands, and Kaya Limited. Before his venture capital career, Khattau was the founding CEO of SUN F&C and worked in investment banking within EY's Corporate Finance Group in London and New York. As a chartered accountant, Khattau maintains a current focus on identifying and scaling early-stage enterprises across the Indian market.
