Nikolay Melnichuk

Nikolay Melnichuk is a Partner and Investment Director at Xploration Capital, where he manages investment portfolios and strategic financial decisions. Before joining Xploration Capital, he served as an Executive Director at Sberbank within the SberX division and held multiple leadership roles, including Investment Director and Senior Project Manager, at Finstar Financial Group. His earlier career includes positions as Vice President and Senior Associate at Pride Capital, Senior Consultant at Ernst and Young Valuation LLC, and Financial Analyst at Sistema. Melnichuk earned both a Master's degree specializing in the stock and investment market and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from the Higher School of Economics, where he also worked as a Junior Researcher.
