Nilesh Trivedi

Nilesh Trivedi is a Principal Investor at J-Ventures Fund, a community-driven venture capital firm based in Silicon Valley. Helping manage the firm's $55 million in assets under management, he writes initial equity checks ranging from $500,000 to $1 million for pre-seed through Series B funding rounds. His investment portfolio encompasses more than 45 companies, including notable stakes in DataRobot, Visby Medical, and Gusto, which have collectively raised approximately $2.6 billion and generated over $28 billion in enterprise value. Before transitioning to venture capital, he spent two decades as an engineer, technology operator, and startup founder, having earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Trivedi currently focuses on funding early-stage technology startups across the enterprise software, cybersecurity, fintech, and healthcare sectors within the United States, Canada, India, and Israel.
