Nishant Mani

Nishant Mani is the Chief Business Officer at Terra.do and a General Partner at Climate Capital, based in the Los Angeles area. At Terra.do, he leads business operations for a global talent platform aiming to transition 100 million professionals into climate-focused careers during this decade. Through Climate Capital, Mani directs early-stage venture investments into climate technology startups, and he recently co-founded LA Climate Week with Dan Thorman to foster community solidarity and action. Prior to entering the climate sector, he served as Chief Marketing Officer and held executive leadership positions at prominent technology companies including Yext and Dashlane, while also managing online advertising for Capital One's US card business. Mani currently focuses on accelerating climate innovation through early-stage capital deployment, executive talent recruitment, and community development, recently sharing his hiring insights in an Enduring Planet interview.
