Nitisha Bansal

Nitisha Bansal is the CEO of Stackforce and is currently based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Before transitioning to entrepreneurship, she spent nearly three years at Matrix Partners India from June 2020 to May 2023, where she served as an Associate and Vice President focusing on regional early-stage venture capital investments. Over her nearly nine-year professional career, Bansal has also held strategic and investment roles at McKinsey & Company, Nautic Partners LLC, and Prima. During her tenure in the venture capital sector, she extensively analyzed Indian consumer behavior and urban economics, recently projecting a $100 billion to $150 billion market opportunity driven by domestic infrastructure developments by 2035. Her current focus centers on leveraging her diverse background in institutional investing and corporate strategy to lead business operations and scale her newly founded technology startup.
