Nkechi Iregbulem

Nkechi Iregbulem is the Managing Partner at Mere Ghost Ventures, an early-stage investment firm based in San Francisco, California. In October 2024, she launched Mere Ghost Fund II with a $25 million close to back pre-seed and seed-stage technology startups. Her current portfolio encompasses more than 20 investments across consumer technology, artificial intelligence, and fintech, including a recent seed round for an AI consumer application in February 2025. Prior to her venture capital career, she operated as a founder backed by Y Combinator during the W22 batch and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific. Recently featured in TechCrunch for her institutional investment strategies, Iregbulem currently focuses on accelerating early-stage startup growth while actively directing capital toward diverse and underrepresented founders across the broader technology sector.
