Noah Glass is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Olo, a restaurant technology company based in New York City. Prior to establishing Olo in 2005, he co-founded the podcasting platform Odeo and the social media network Twitter, where he is credited with coining the platform's original name. Under his leadership, Olo has grown to provide digital ordering and delivery software for over 750 restaurant brands, including Shake Shack and sweetgreen. In September 2025, the private equity firm Thoma Bravo acquired Olo in a transaction valuing the enterprise at $2 billion. Glass holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Yale University and began his career working various frontline roles within the foodservice industry. His current focus centers on integrating artificial intelligence into hospitality technology to optimize digital ordering infrastructure for enterprise restaurant chains.
