Noam Bardin is a General Partner at TenOneTen Ventures based in Los Angeles, California. Before transitioning to venture capital in 2023, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Waze from 2010 to 2019, scaling the mobility platform to 140 million users and overseeing its $1.1 billion acquisition by Google in 2013. His earlier technology career includes serving as the co-founder and CEO of PostPost, holding roles at Cisco, and serving as an intelligence officer in the Israel Defense Forces before studying at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. At TenOneTen Ventures, which recently raised a $120 million third fund, Bardin has invested in over 50 early-stage companies, including notable portfolio additions like Rapido and Melio.
