Noam Makavy is an early-stage technology investor and software entrepreneur based in Tel Aviv, Israel, best known as the Co-founder and former Chief Technology Officer of Gong.io. During his executive tenure from 2015 to 2018, he directed the initial product development for the Y Combinator alumni revenue intelligence platform. Built upon his engineering architecture, the enterprise software company rapidly scaled, subsequently achieving unicorn status and reaching a $7.25 billion valuation in 2021. Before building his own successful technology startup, Makavy spent several years working in foundational software engineering roles and established his technical expertise by earning a Computer Science degree from Reichman University, also known as IDC Herzliya. Currently, his professional focus centers on deploying capital and providing strategic guidance to early-stage SaaS startups operating throughout the Israeli and European venture ecosystems.
