Nofar Amikam

Nofar Amikam is the Managing Partner of Glilot Seed at Glilot Capital Partners, based in Tel Aviv, Israel. Prior to joining the venture capital firm in 2018, she led global startup partnerships at Microsoft, where she connected high-growth technology companies with Fortune 500 enterprise customers to accelerate their go-to-market strategies. At Glilot, which manages $1.3 billion in assets and recently raised a $500 million fund in 2025, she initially established the firm's Value Creation platform and its CISOs Advisory Board. She currently writes $5 million to $20 million checks from seed through Series B rounds, contributing to a portfolio that has generated 23 exits to major industry buyers including Palo Alto Networks and Microsoft. Her current investment focus centers on backing early-stage startups developing category-defining cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, and enterprise software solutions.
