Noor Sweid

Noor Sweid is the Managing Partner at Global Ventures, a prominent early-stage venture capital firm based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Under her leadership, the firm manages over $500 million in assets and has built a portfolio of more than 50 companies, including regional technology leaders like Kitopi and PureHealth. In 2024, Global Ventures launched its third fund targeting $150 million, and in March 2025, Sweid led a new investment in a UAE-based artificial intelligence health startup. Prior to her current role, she co-founded BECO Capital, one of the region's first venture firms, and held other senior investment positions after earning her MBA from London Business School. Sweid currently focuses on scaling emerging market innovations across the fintech, healthtech, and logistics sectors while driving early-stage technology investments throughout the Middle East and North Africa.
