Norberto Giangrande

Based in São Paulo, Brazil, Norberto Giangrande is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Upload Ventures and the Chairman and Executive Director of Minerva Foods. He previously founded Link Investimentos, one of the largest broker-dealers in Brazil, and launched the pioneering retail investment platform Rico before transitioning into the venture capital industry. At Upload Ventures, an investment firm that spun out of the SoftBank Latin America Fund, he focuses on scaling early-stage technology startups across diverse Latin American sectors. As a former venture partner at Yellow Ventures and an active personal investor, he has backed more than 30 startups and prominent companies including Nubank, Neon, and Gupy. Additionally, he guides Minerva Foods in exporting sustainable livestock products to over 100 countries worldwide, and he recently presented on Brazilian livestock production at the IFAMA 2025 World Conference.
