Norman Chen

Norman Chen currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of The Asian American Foundation and operates as a Venture Partner at 6 Dimensions Capital. Over a 30-year career spanning both the United States and Asia, he has established an extensive track record focused on life sciences investments and healthcare entrepreneurship. As an entrepreneur, Chen founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Asia Renal Care, scaling the specialty medical center network across six different countries. He also co-founded DeltaHealth Hospital in a strategic partnership with Columbia Heartsource, and he previously led life sciences investments at Fidelity Asia Ventures, an entity now operating as Eight Roads. Holding a Master of Business Administration, Chen currently combines his private sector investment background with executive nonprofit leadership to focus on community development, healthcare innovation, and positive social impact.
