Ofer Ben-Noon

Ofer Ben-Noon is an Israel-based cybersecurity entrepreneur and investor currently serving as Prisma SASE CTO at Palo Alto Networks and as an investor at the venture capital fund Cyberstarts. He previously co-founded Talon Cyber Security in February 2021, scaling the enterprise browser security startup to $143 million in total funding before its acquisition by Palo Alto Networks for approximately $600 to $625 million in December 2023. Prior to launching Talon, Ben-Noon founded the automotive cybersecurity company Argus Cyber Security and served in Israel's elite Unit 8200 military intelligence division. Through his investment involvement with Cyberstarts, he actively backs early-stage security ventures and has financially benefited from major ecosystem exits, including the Wiz and Google deal. His professional career focuses on developing and funding advanced cybersecurity solutions, particularly in browser-based enterprise protection and remote workforce security.
