Ofer Zinger is a General Partner at Streamlined Ventures based in Tel Aviv, Israel, where he invests in pre-seed and seed-stage enterprise software and artificial intelligence startups. Since joining the venture firm in March 2023, he has directed early-stage capital into emerging technologies, recently leading a seed investment in the AI startup Nexla in June 2024. Previously, Zinger served as a Partner at Genesis Partners from 2015 to 2022, leading more than 20 investments across the cybersecurity and fintech sectors, including backing the 2021 initial public offering of the cybersecurity firm Cybereason. He began his career as a software engineer at Check Point Software Technologies after earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University. Today, Zinger leverages his technical engineering background to identify and finance early-stage founders scaling global enterprise software platforms.
