Oleg Mikhalsky

Oleg Mikhalsky is a Partner at Fulgur Ventures LLC, based in Boston, Massachusetts. Before transitioning to venture capital, he spent 25 years managing fast-growing technology businesses, including serving as a Director at Kaspersky Lab ZAO from 2001 to 2008, a Director at InfoWatch Group Ltd. until 2010, and collaborating with Hewlett Packard. As an active angel investor since 2008, Mikhalsky currently writes pre-seed checks ranging from $50,000 to $200,000 while providing advisory services for emerging technology companies.
