Oleg Rogynskyy

Oleg Rogynskyy is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of People.ai, an enterprise artificial intelligence platform, and currently serves as a Strategic Advisor to the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. He established the software company in January 2016, securing acceptance into Y Combinator within thirty days and subsequently raising over $100 million from prominent global investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and ICONIQ Capital. Prior to this venture, he served as Vice President of Marketing and Growth at H2O.ai, and he previously founded Semantria, a natural language processing startup launched in 2011 that was later acquired by Lexalytics. His career focuses on leveraging machine learning and natural language processing to optimize go-to-market strategies and resolve customer relationship management data inaccuracies for enterprise sales organizations, building upon early experience gained at Nstein Technologies.
