Oliver Bruce

Oliver Bruce is a Principal at Blackbird Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. At Blackbird, which manages over A$1 billion in funds across more than 100 investments, he focuses on sourcing and supporting startups in enterprise software, fintech, and climate technology. His recent investment activity includes leading a 2024 seed round for Vectify AI and participating in a March 2025 Series A financing for an emerging climate tech company. Prior to joining Blackbird, Bruce served as an Investor at Square Peg Capital and held various operations and strategy roles within the broader technology sector. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
