Oliver Schmäschke

Oliver Schmäschke is the Managing Director of T.Capital, the corporate venture capital arm of Deutsche Telekom. Before assuming this position, he was a founding member of Deutsche Telekom Capital Partners (DTCP), where he advanced from Chief of Staff to Managing Director for Portfolio Development and Partnerships, ultimately serving as Chief Operating Officer starting in early 2023. Earlier in his career, Schmäschke worked as a consultant at Boston Consulting Group and earned dual Master of Science degrees from Technische Universität Hamburg and Universidade de Aveiro. Under his leadership, T.Capital has backed over 40 startups since its founding in 2023, while his broader investment experience includes notable portfolio companies such as Perplexity and Celo. His current focus centers on scaling technology companies across the artificial intelligence, logistics, and blockchain sectors throughout Europe, North America, and Israel.
