Olivia Gaudree

Olivia Gaudree is a Partner and Vice President of Operations at Fuel Venture Capital, based in Miami, Florida. She initially joined the venture firm as an intern in her early twenties after completing a high school hedge fund internship where she first connected with Chief Investment Officer Maggie Vo. Over the course of seven years, Gaudree advanced to the partner level by age 28, working alongside Founding Partner Jeff Ransdell to manage the firm's operations and investment strategies. Her daily efforts support a growing portfolio of 33 companies and help oversee more than $500 million in assets under management, earning her a spot on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list. Gaudree currently focuses on sourcing and evaluating industry-agnostic early-stage and mid-stage startups utilizing disruptive technologies across the financial technology, marketplace, enterprise software, and entertainment sectors.
