Olivia Howard

Olivia Howard is a Partner in the Industrial vertical and a member of the North America Private Equity Portfolio Group at Bain Capital Private Equity in New York. During her nearly two decades at the firm, she has specialized in investments across the distribution, industrials, and industrial services sectors, following prior work in its consumer, healthcare, and technology verticals. She additionally leads internal culture, recruiting, and value creation initiatives for the firm's portfolio operations team. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Howard worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where she consulted for corporate clients in the consumer, media, and healthcare industries. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, graduating magna cum laude from Columbia College. Her current focus remains on driving operational improvements, talent development, and strategic growth within complex industrial portfolios.
