Olivier Le Gall

Olivier Le Gall is a Partner on the Andera Expansion team at Andera Partners, based in Paris, France. He began his financial career at Crédit Lyonnais in Shanghai before spending 17 years at 3i, where he became a Partner in 2008 and led more than 20 investments across the European market. Le Gall subsequently developed TCR Capital's France Transmission I fund in 2012 and joined Apax Development in 2014 to execute transactions involving companies such as Teknimed and Nelite. Since joining Andera Partners in 2021, he has contributed to the firm's small-cap buyout strategy, including the €220 million target fundraise for the Andera Expansion 3 vehicle. As a graduate of Sciences-Po Paris and ESCP Europe, Le Gall focuses on executing small-cap buyouts and growth investments across the consumer goods, digital, real estate, and B2B distribution sectors.
