Ondrej Bartos

Ondrej Bartos is a General Partner at Credo Ventures based in Prague, Czech Republic. He began his career as an entrepreneur in the late 1990s, co-founding several companies across event management, consulting, and IT before transitioning into venture capital. Prior to establishing Credo Ventures, he served as Senior Investment Director at MCI Management from 2004 to 2008 and founded the TUESDAY Business Network. In late 2010, he co-led the launch of Credo Ventures' pilot fund with 18 million euros to back early-stage technology startups across Central Europe. Additionally, he has acted as an investor on the Czech version of Dragons' Den and serves as a mentor at the StartupYard accelerator. Bartos currently focuses on identifying early-stage technology companies with strong founding teams and measurable market traction throughout the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, and Bulgaria.
